There some great suggestions
There some great suggestions here, I always choose products upon customers recommendations. I am tempted to try creatine but I also can buy steroids online so I am a little bit undecided here. What should I do?

Creatine as well
I tried creatine as well. I definitely got stronger. I only used 2 grams daily. What do you think the lowest level of creatine could be for women so they get stronger but not necessarily bigger.
Creatine for women
Creatine is an option for women wanting to become stronger and to add a little more muscle mass. The lowest studied (and published) levels of creatine are 3 grams and most of the research has use 5 gram of creatine monhydrate or higher. With that said, most of the research has involved college aged male and older. For smaller women (less muscle mass) start with 1 1/2 to 2 grams per day and go from there. If you don't feel stronger in a few weeks try increasing you daily intake by 1 gram. (Start with 2 grams if you are a little bigger and/or not a regular eater of meats, fish and poultry.)

I was recently browsing the products in a mall nutrition supplement retail store and came to the following conclusion: Reading the labels of sport nutrition products can be a mind-blowing experience. Based on the marketing claims on the packaging it would seem that sport nutrition companies are spending millions of dollars each year on clinical trials that test the efficacy of their products on people engaged in sport training or competition.Or do they?..
